Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns & exchanges in the following countries:

  • Denmark
  • Germany
  • Sweden
  • The Netherlands
  • United Kingdom
  • Norway
  • France
  • Belgium
  • Finland

If your country is not included in the above list, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns at this point unless you have received damaged items. 

For orders applicable to free returns & exchanges please follow these steps:

  1. Let us know why you are returning an item by emailing us freely written return application to mail@officestance.com. Please include the order number in the email subject line or the email itself. 
  2. We will email you a prepaid shipping label in 1-2 business days.
  3. Print the shipping label and add the filled out returns form to the parcel. 
  4. Take the parcel to a convenient parcel shop (the specific service will depend on the country) of your choice. 

Other countries (paid returns):

  1. Let us know why you are returning an item by emailing us freely written return application to mail@officestance.com. Please include the order number in the email subject line or the email itself. 
  2. Add the filled out returns form to the parcel.
  3. Return the item in its original condition to the return address(below). Remember to include a note with your order No. and your email address.

When will you receive a refund or exchange?

Money will be refunded within 14 business days after the arrival of the returned item to our office. Item will be exchanged in 3 to 5 business days after we have received the originally bought items at our office.

What if I have received a damaged item?

If you have received a damaged item, please send us pictures and description in a free form of the damaged item within 2 business days after receiving the goods to mail@officestance.com. We will review the case within 3 business days and will send you a new item or will fully refund the money (according to your wish).

When we do not refund or exchange items?

We do not refund or exchange items if:

  • Item(s) has/have been wilfully damaged
  • Item is not returned in original packaging
  • Form is not filled
  • We have not been informed about the original defect within 2 business days after receiving goods
