If you're not completely satisfied with an item you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase to get a refund.
There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn’t covered by us and all items must be returned in original condition and in the original Office Stance packaging.
How do I return an item?
- Let us know that you are returning an item by sending an e-mail to email@example.com
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging to our address.
- Include a note with your Order No. and your email address.
When will I receive my refund?
Money will be refunded within 3 business days after the arrival of the returned item to our office.
Do I need to cover return shipping expenses?
Yes, shipping costs of returned item(s) are covered by you unless they were originally shipped damaged (see below).
What if I have received a damaged item?
If you have received a damaged item, please send us pictures of the damaged item within 2 business days after receiving the goods to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will review the case within 3 business days and will send you a new item or fully refund the money (incl. return expenses) if your inquiry meets the requirements.
